The Endurance Protocol
90 Days. 5 Standards.
Zero Exceptions.
You're training. The scale won't move. The finishing time won't budge. You've tried new plans, new shoes, new coaches. The problem isn't your training. It's the one variable nobody was willing to name. We will.
This is for you if:
→You're training hard and your fitness still isn't where it needs to be
→Stuck at the same finishing time — for months or years
→Trying to lose weight and the scale refuses to move
→Gap between who you are and who you're training to become
→You want community built around performance — not the bar scene
→You hit mile 18 and watch your race fall apart. Every time.
Different distances. Different goals.
Same problem. Same fix.
What you commit to — every single day for 90 days:
01
Run, Walk, or Hike your miles
Follow the plan for your level. Beginner through ultra. One session per week outdoors — no matter what.
02
Train clean
Zero alcohol. Zero cheat meals. Whole foods only. This is where the 55 pounds came off. This is where the 13-minute PR lived. Every meal is a vote.
03
Drink half your body weight in water
Daily. Mile 5 starts feeling like mile 2. Recovery goes from two days to overnight. Water is free speed.
04
Read 10 pages from the assigned list
9 books. Assigned and sequenced. One of them explains your performance plateau better than anything we could say as coaches. Read it yourself.
05
Post your progress. Check in daily.
One photo. One line. Every day. The runners who post every day are the ones who finish. Accountability is the most underrated performance variable in endurance sport.
What's included:
✓4 level-specific training plans — Beginner, 5K/10K, Half, Marathon/Ultra
✓Daily briefings delivered every morning before you run
✓Private accountability community — runners who won't let you go quiet
✓9-book reading list, assigned and sequenced
✓Bodyweight strength — 30 min, twice a week, no gym needed
✓Amber and Vinny in the community every single day for 90 days
3:33 → 3:19
Marathon PR — Amber
Same training. Same legs. One variable removed. 13 minutes and 35 seconds back without a single extra mile.
1:45 → 1:33
Half Marathon PR
Three years of plateau. 90 days to break it. The plateau wasn't permanent. It was removable.
55 + 50 lbs
Combined coach weight loss
No diet. No calorie counting. Standard 02. Followed for 90 days. The byproduct of the challenge.
"I'm not selling a program. I'm showing you my life — and my life is the proof."
— Amber Graziano · Sober since May 26, 2020
"Stop training against yourself. Start showing up."
— Vinny Wood · 100 Miles. Twice.
